Achievements

2nd All Orissa C- Marathon was held at Bhubaneswar on 20.01.07 under the auspices of M/s LAKSHYA, Bhubaneswar .Two of our students Mr. Chandan Kumar Sahoo and Mr Aditya Kumar Singh were successful in qualifying for the 3rd round. These two students were awarded prizes on 24.03.07.

Our students participated in the Inter College Sports and Cultural Meet of BPUT- TECNOFEST-07 held from 05.02.07 to 08.02.07 at various locations of the State. The details are as under:

	Badminton and Cultural	J.N Indoor Stadium, Cuttack.

One of our students Mr. Priyadarshi Mishra, 4th year, CSE was awarded 2nd prize in Technical Paper Presentation Competition.

As a part of the "Infosys Campus Connect" program Sri Sanjay Ku. Kuanar, Sr. Lecturer, CSE attended a training program at Infosys Development Centre, Bhubaneswar from 18.02.07 - 02.03.07.

Sri Rajib Ku. Dash, Lecturer, IT attended the above Training Program at Infosys Development Centre , Bhubaneswar from 18.02.07 - 02.03.07.

Sri. S.K Kuanar, Sr.Lecturer, Dept. of CSE and Sri. Rajib Ku. Dash, Lecturer, Dept. of IT attended the PAP (Power Academy Program) on AIX 5L basic including DB2 & Weblogic, which was conducted at IBM Global Services, Bangalore on 11-09-2006 to 14-09-2006.

A National Level Technical Paper Presentation competition for students of Technical Institutions was on held the 20th Jan January,2007. Prof J.K Satpathy, Department of Electrical Engg, NIT Rourkela gave the Key Note Address on "Fuzzy Logic & Soft Computing".

Prof. S.S Pathak, Department of Electronics & Electrical Communication Engg, IIT, Khagarpur also gave a talk on" Network Security and Cyber Attack". 21 students of different Colleges of our country presented papers.
